Return Process

  Trial Period Evaluation

  Sleep on your new Simba mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the advanced foam and spring technology.

  Initiate Your Request

  If you decide it is not for you, simply contact our support team or use our online portal to start your return within the 200-night trial window.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized courier partners will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the mattress directly from your room of choice, free of charge.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item has been successfully collected, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
