How long is the Simba sleep trial?
We offer a 200-night trial period on our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied within this timeframe, we will collect the mattress and provide a full refund.
What is the delivery timeframe for my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How does the mattress-in-a-box delivery work?
Your mattress is compressed and rolled into a compact box. Once unboxed, it will begin to expand immediately. We recommend waiting 3 to 6 hours before use, though it may take up to 72 hours to reach its full height.
Do you offer old mattress removal?
Yes, we offer a mattress recycling service for a small fee. You can select this option at checkout, and our delivery team will remove your old mattress when they deliver your new Simba.
What kind of warranty comes with a Simba mattress?
Every Simba mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal domestic use.
Are Simba mattresses compatible with all bed bases?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most high-quality bed bases, including divans, slatted frames (with gaps no wider than 3 inches), and adjustable bases.
